LLC is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.

company. Fidelity has more than 20 years of experience in
the clearing business and is one of the world's largest
providers of financial services. National Financial Services
maintains nearly 4 million customer accounts with over $400
billion in customer assets and carries out 115,000 commissionable
trades a day for its 250+ correspondent broker/dealer clients.
Both J.P. Turner & Company and National Financial Services
are members of SIPC. Securities in customer accounts are
protected by SIPC up to $500,000 (including cash claims
limited to $100,000). NFS has arranged for additional insurance
protection for cash and securities to supplement its SIPC
coverage. This additional protection covers total account
net equity in excess of the $500,000/$100,000 coverage provided
by SIPC. Neither coverage protects against a decline in
the market value of securities.
